The Dubai World Expo 2020 - Sustainable fashion at the Mote Carlo Fashion Week
La Chambre Monégasque de la Mode brought Monte-Carlo Fashion Week to the Dubai World Expo where five eco-responsible brands including Thalie Paris presented their ethical collections during a showcase which took place on November 30th 2021, in front of a very select public at the Monaco 360 pavilion in Dubai.
Monte-Carlo Fashion Week founded by Federica Nardoni Spinetta is the most important event for fashion in the Principality of Monaco, it plays host to the most famous Monegasque runway show featuring international eco-conscious brands.
Sustainable fashion stood out in all its creativity at the Monaco 360 Pavilion in Dubaï with key words such as ethics and inclusiveness thematic. Thalie’s daring and eco-conceived handbags unveiled on the catwalk alongside the pieces from Beach&Cashmere Monaco were iconic styles from the Sushi collection made of French marine leather (Icytos Squama luxe ). Cleo mini in Tan Brown and the Livia in Rouge Rutilant made it to the runway. These styles will be available at Bloomingdales Dubaï from Spring 22.
Monte-Carlo Fashion Week is the flagship fashion event of the Principality of Monaco and gathers lots of attention and hype during F1 weekends. Thalie Paris has close ties to the Principality; having worked with famous brand ambassador like Charlotte Siné, sweetheart of F1 driver Charles Leclerc ( Scuderia Ferrari ) who was shot by Jean-Daniel Lorieux at the Fairmont in the Summer of 2021.
Thalie also took part in the Monte-Carlo Fashion Pop-up & F1 Amber Lounge Fashion Show along some of the most famous driver. F1 Amber Lounge within the iconic Glass Atrium at the Grimaldi Forum, showcased both local Monaco and international brands who payed tribute to Monaco with environmentally and sustainable collections including Thalie Paris.
